The renowned MMORPG, Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), is set to launch a transformative update focused on revamping the werewolf experience, ensuring an exhilarating gameplay for its community. With the forthcoming Update 50, ESO aims to address long-standing player feedback by introducing significant visual and functional changes. One of the standout modifications is the complete overhaul of the werewolf models. Players can look forward to a freshly designed female werewolf featuring a distinct aesthetic with a longer tail, shorter ears, and enhanced chest fur. Meanwhile, the male werewolf sees an increase in size by approximately 20%, complemented by the addition of dynamic, realistic fur and other enhancements. The core mechanics of werewolf transformations are undergoing a major upgrade. Previously reliant on consuming the entire Ultimate bar, the new system introduces a more efficient transformation cost, supplemented by consistent Ultimate regeneration, allowing players to remain in werewolf form outside combat without immediate reversion. New combat abilities are being introduced to enrich the gameplay experience, starting with 'Slaughter', which adds a lethal edge to stealth attacks, delivering a powerful finishing move. The 'Prowl' ability enables players to approach enemies stealthily, making it easier to ambush targets. Furthermore, existing skills are being reimagined. 'Roar' is replaced with 'Blood Hunger', maintaining its damage amplification but offering enhanced interaction with various skill morphs. Similarly, 'Piercing Howl' is being transformed into 'Gnash', promising a high-damage, swift attack. These comprehensive updates are slated to launch on June 8. Alongside the werewolf enhancements, Update 50 will introduce a new PvP Veterancy system, the permanent Vengeance Campaign, and improved access to Transmutation stations, promising a richer and more engaging ESO universe.
