In excellent solid condition, fairly heavy. Racks (shelves) are wire, coated with white plastic. Frame is metal, painted white. Has been in storage for years, so is dusty. I power-washed it, but it will take some time to clean every wire. Otherwise, in perfect condition. All racks are straight and move easily, can be placed in numerous positions. The frame is 2-sided.
