In Need of a Caretaker
We are seeking a dedicated caretaker for a 63-year-old woman who utilizes a walker for mobility and needs both supervision and companionship. The ideal caregiver will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist the patient, including:
- Assisting with dressing, toileting/diaper changes, transferring from bed to chair, and bathing.
- Providing company for outings, such as walks, shopping trips, or medical appointments.
- Handling laundry duties.
- Preparing meals.
- Conducting light housekeeping tasks, like doing dishes or vacuuming.
The patient lives with her elderly parents in a welcoming and warm home environment. Her mother takes an active role in managing the household and the patient's healthcare needs.
The position offers:
- A schedule that covers 24 hours from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
- A private bedroom and a bathroom shared with the family.
- A requirement for the caregiver to speak Armenian.
