Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and interacting with patients
- Managing incoming calls
- Scheduling patient appointments

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Armenian
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required; further education or certifications in medical office administration are advantageous
- Experience in a medical or audiology setting is preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and practice management systems
