Key Responsibilities
• Craft and execute compelling lessons across essential subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) tailored for K-3 students.
• Employ differentiated teaching methods to cater to the unique needs of a multi-age classroom.
• Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally aware classroom climate.
• Whenever feasible, incorporate arts and VAPA into the learning experience.
• Engage in teamwork with peers, specialists, and families to enhance student development.
• Evaluate and track student progress, offering consistent feedback and assistance.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is essential.
• A valid teaching credential is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in teaching diverse elementary levels and subjects.
• Exceptional classroom management and organizational prowess.
• Armenian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• A keen interest or background in arts or VAPA is advantageous.
• Candidates must successfully complete a livescan background check.
