Los Angeles Full-time Staff Pharmacist Needed - NORTH HILLS, CA

Pharmacy Department Leadership Opportunity

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing the practice of pharmacy
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency and patient safety
- Manage inventory and ordering of medications and supplies
- Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide drug information to healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication error prevention programs

Job Requirements:
- DigitalRx is a plus, but not required
- Fluent English and Armenian are a must, Russian is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Excellent patient care skills, including medication counseling and adherence support
- Proficient in medical management and utilization management principles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology to ensure accurate medication dosing and administration
