Key Responsibilities:
• Help residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Cook and serve meals adhering to dietary needs.
• Administer medication according to instructions.
• Keep an eye on residents’ health and report any changes.
• Provide companionship and involve residents in activities.
• Ensure a clean and secure living space.
• Support with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A caring and patient approach.
• Ability to physically assist residents when necessary.
• Strong skills in communication and teamwork.
• Preferably CPR/First Aid certified.
• Must successfully complete a background check and health screening.
