This role involves extensive customer service responsibilities, scheduling, and dispatching technicians. The successful candidate will gain comprehensive knowledge in both the installation and service departments. Prior experience in the alarm industry is not a prerequisite.
This position is heavily centered around customer service via telephone in a fast-paced environment. Tasks include resolving customer issues, creating and downloading system programs, ordering equipment, managing inventory, compiling various data and reports, and coordinating with other departments. It presents a unique opportunity to understand the company's operations fully and serves as an excellent pathway into management positions.
