Job Title: Office Assistant/Account Representative

Job Description:
The primary focus is on increasing credit lines for clients, but there are various other office tasks that need attention
Handle emails and phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
Organize and maintain files and documents
Make calls to banks, credit card companies, and other institutions on behalf of clients
Perform various other office duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Absolutely must have a strong command of conversational American English, with the ability to communicate smoothly and effectively in both verbal and written interactions!
Armenian language skills
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Discreet, confidential, and respectful of personal space and private information
Reliable transportation for commuting to the office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Availability for paid off-hours emergencies (optional)
