Your key responsibilities will include managing prescription refills, coordinating and completing prior authorizations, and aiding office staff by screening phone calls. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and providers to ensure a seamless process. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, addressing patients' queries regarding medical claims and payments, and efficiently managing orders and complaints. Additionally, verifying coverage through eligibility and benefit verification is crucial. Our administrative assistant will play an integral role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9-4
Paid time off on federal holidays
No weekends

Requirements:
