Job Summary
We're in search of a full-time Administrative Assistant who possesses healthcare knowledge or experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-focused, reliable, and skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel, to help with our administrative needs.
Main Responsibilities
• Offer administrative assistance across various departments (admissions, discharge planning, marketing, billing)
• Handle scheduling, manage calendars, and emails through Microsoft Outlook
• Develop and sustain spreadsheets and reports with Microsoft Excel
• Support with document preparation and data entry tasks
• Liaise with healthcare partners, facilities, and staff
• Keep digital and physical filing systems orderly and up-to-date
• Professionally answer phones and manage correspondence
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of administrative experience (healthcare background highly preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent at organizing, multitasking, and communicating (both written and verbal)
• Must be professional, dependable, and a strong collaborator
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Armenian) are advantageous but not mandatory
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Position is based on-site in Panorama City, CA
